Replacement & Refund Policy

Conditions For Replacement:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:

  • Replacement request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The goods are in the original packaging.

  • We 'EVOCASE' will replace the product if the wrong item is received.

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition and perfect packaging for a replacement. If not, EVOCASE will not replace the products.

  • Only one replacement per order is allowed.

The Following Goods Cannot Be Returned:

  • Products like adhesive products, screen guards, tempered glass, and clearance sale products cannot be returned.

  • Non-returnable if the product is damaged, incomplete, or the replacement is requested after 48 hours.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

In order to exercise your right of replacement, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Email nexxgennenterprises@gmail.com with the invoice, an image of the item, and the reason for replacement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

EVOCASE reserves the right to inspect the product before processing returns or exchanges.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual Invoice of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds:

• Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon reception.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

• If more than 10 business days have passed after approval, contact nexxgennenterprises@gmail.com

• If the exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
